Terms of service

These terms govern use of CharityFront by charities, their teams and anyone acting on their behalf.

Using CharityFront

CharityFront provides hosted donation storefronts and fundraising tools to organisations. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, including charity registration details, appeal descriptions and how donated funds are used.

Accounts and team access

You must keep account credentials secure and only invite team members who should have access to your data. Account owners are responsible for the actions of the users they invite and for removing access when someone leaves.

Payments and payouts

Donations are processed by Stripe under your own connected account, and payouts are made to the bank account you register with Stripe. CharityFront does not hold donated funds. Stripe's own terms apply to payment processing.

Plans and billing

Publishing publicly requires an active plan. Plans renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use CharityFront to solicit funds fraudulently, to misrepresent a charity or its registration, to publish unlawful content, or to attempt to gain access to other organisations' data. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.
