About CharityFront

The fundraising layer charities have needed
since Instagram overtook email.

CharityFront turns the link in a charity's bio into a mobile-first donation storefront. We don't replace LaunchGood, JustGiving or Donorbox, we sit in front of them, and convert the traffic they already lose on the mobile experience.

Why we built this

Every fundraising platform we spoke to had the same problem: the mobile page was built for a 2015 desktop donor, and the charity had no way to change it. Meanwhile 80% of traffic came from Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp, in an in-app browser, at 1am, on a phone with 60% battery.

We wanted to give charities a single link they could put on every social profile, every QR code and every WhatsApp message, that adapted itself to what the donor was there for, on the device they were holding, in under two seconds.

What we believe

  • Charities shouldn't rebuild a platform to run a campaign. Your CRM, your donation processor and your Gift Aid claims should stay where they are. We sit in front of them, not on top of them.
  • The mobile experience is the campaign. If a donor bounces on the second tap, no ad spend, no email nurture and no ambassador share will save you.
  • Attribution is a right, not a premium feature. Every share, QR and ambassador link is measurable, on every plan we ship.
  • Donor privacy is not optional. Role-based PII masking, consent-first patient stories and encrypted-at-rest storage are the baseline.

Who we build for

We started with orphan sponsorship and masjid appeals, because that's where mobile share behaviour is furthest ahead of the tooling. Today we serve food banks, medical aid charities, education waqfs, refugee relief and multi-branch federations across the UK, US, Canada and Gulf. The platform is cause-agnostic; the tone is not.

Built for charities, not creators

Purpose-built

Every feature comes from a charity, not a spreadsheet.

Gift Aid, zakat splits, Ramadan cadences, ambassador attribution, none of this ships with generic link-in-bio tools.

Our values

Charity-first pricing

We're expensive to build and cheap to run. Small charities pay less than a coffee a month. Enterprise networks pay for the reporting, not the donations.

Platform-agnostic

We don't compete with LaunchGood, JustGiving or Donorbox. We integrate with them. If your existing platform is doing the job, we make it look better on mobile.

Built with charities, not for them

Every feature ships after a fundraising lead has said 'this is the thing that would have saved us two days last Ramadan'.

CharityFront in short

CharityFront is a socially native donation storefront for charities. We turn the link in your bio into a mobile-first fundraising engine, without replacing your existing platform.

What is CharityFront?
CharityFront is a donation storefront and link-in-bio platform for charities. A charity gets one mobile page at chrty.link that holds its campaigns, donate buttons, Gift Aid and Zakat options, events, QR codes and supporter sign-ups, plus a dashboard that reports where each donation came from.
Who is it for?
Registered charities and non-profits that raise money from social media, including Muslim charities handling Zakat, Sadaqah and Waqf, and the small fundraising or digital teams who run their campaigns.
What problem does it solve?
One bio link cannot serve many campaigns, mobile donation forms lose donors, and charities cannot tell which post, QR code or ambassador produced a donation. CharityFront puts every campaign on one page and attributes each donation to its source.
Why choose it over the alternatives?
Fixed impact tiers instead of an empty amount box, Zakat, Waqf and Gift Aid handled as separate reportable funds, ambassador sub-links with their own analytics, and Stripe Connect payouts straight to the charity's own account. It also works alongside an existing donation platform rather than replacing it.
What does it cost?
Creating a charity account and building a storefront is free. Publishing publicly and Pro features (ambassador sub-links, shop, quick donate, advanced analytics, integrations) require a paid plan.
