What's inside

Private by default

Access is gated by donor status, monthly donors, ambassadors, £500+ lifetime, or a custom segment. Nobody outside sees a thing.

Threaded updates

Post photo and video field updates. Supporters can comment, ask questions and get direct replies from your team.

Mobile push + email digest

Fresh posts arrive as a push notification (via installable PWA) or as a weekly digest. No dependency on WhatsApp or Facebook.

Event invites

Invite the community to virtual Q&As, in-person iftars, or a private preview of next Ramadan's appeal. RSVPs tracked.

Ambassador channel

A dedicated space just for ambassadors with share assets, weekly leaderboard, and pre-written captions for socials.

Moderation and safety

Word filters, report button, admin approvals for first-time posters, and audit log of all admin actions.

What it produces

Better retention
Monthly donors who post or comment renew far more than silent ones
Warm audience
A pre-warmed group to launch the next appeal to, before it goes public
Own the channel
No algorithm, no data harvesting, no Meta outage risk

Frequently asked

How is this different from a WhatsApp group?

You control access and export, admins have real moderation tools, posts are archived and searchable, and it doesn't die when the group hits 1024 members.

Do supporters need an app?

No. It's a mobile web experience, installable as a PWA on iOS and Android for push notifications, but works fine in a browser too.

Who can post?

By default only your team. You can open specific threads for supporter replies, or invite trusted ambassadors as co-posters.

Can we run this only for our monthly donors?

Yes, access is gated by any donor segment. Someone who cancels their monthly gift loses access automatically after a grace period you configure.

CharityFront in short

A private, WhatsApp-style community space for your monthly donors and ambassadors, with field updates, prayer requests and event invites.

What is CharityFront?
CharityFront is a donation storefront and link-in-bio platform for charities. A charity gets one mobile page at chrty.link that holds its campaigns, donate buttons, Gift Aid and Zakat options, events, QR codes and supporter sign-ups, plus a dashboard that reports where each donation came from.
Who is it for?
Registered charities and non-profits that raise money from social media, including Muslim charities handling Zakat, Sadaqah and Waqf, and the small fundraising or digital teams who run their campaigns.
What problem does it solve?
One bio link cannot serve many campaigns, mobile donation forms lose donors, and charities cannot tell which post, QR code or ambassador produced a donation. CharityFront puts every campaign on one page and attributes each donation to its source.
Why choose it over the alternatives?
Fixed impact tiers instead of an empty amount box, Zakat, Waqf and Gift Aid handled as separate reportable funds, ambassador sub-links with their own analytics, and Stripe Connect payouts straight to the charity's own account. It also works alongside an existing donation platform rather than replacing it.
What does it cost?
Creating a charity account and building a storefront is free. Publishing publicly and Pro features (ambassador sub-links, shop, quick donate, advanced analytics, integrations) require a paid plan.
